Feyerabend said the scientific method doesn't actually exist
Paul Feyerabend studied real breakthroughs in physics and found scientists breaking every rule of 'proper' method to get there. His conclusion was 'anything goes': no fixed set of rules has ever produced good science, so rigid methodology strangles the creativity discovery actually needs.
