Can an all-powerful being create a rock so heavy that even it can't lift it?

Either answer seems to break omnipotence: if the being can't create such a rock, there's something it can't do; if it creates the rock but then can't lift it, there's something it can't do either way. The paradox has run through theology for centuries. Aquinas answered that 'a stone too heavy to be lifted by omnipotence' is simply a contradiction in terms, not a real task at all.
