History
A fully stocked ship was found sailing itself with no one aboard
In December 1872, the Mary Celeste was discovered adrift in the Atlantic under full sail - seaworthy, its cargo of alcohol barrels largely intact, but all ten people aboard vanished. The lifeboat was missing and the last log entry was over a week old, yet no wreckage, struggle, or bodies were ever found. What happened to the crew remains unsolved.
